Full title: Brown's Signalling: How to Learn the International Code of Visual and Sound Signals, Based on Information in Vol I of the 1931 International Code of Signals. Pictorial paper covered boards with red cloth to spine. Black and white illustrations throughout with colour illustrations to centre of book. Slight cracking to gutters with exposed netting, pages remain attached. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Rear free endpaper cut out. Water staining to rear pastedown. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends. Water staining to rear board. Staining overall.

Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Paper cover has mild edge wear with light rubbing and creasing.
