Condition: Good. No Jacket. Good ; No jacket. 1925 A. L. Burt Company. Hardcover has blue cloth-covered boards with red spine and cover lettering and decorations. Top page edges are red. Orange and white illustrated endpapers depict adventurous vignettes. Black and white frontispiece. 256 pages, plus ads. NOT ex-library. Hinges NOT cracked. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with some fraying at tips and spine ends. Spine lightly faded; lettering still clear. Front cover has some sparse light spotting; covers faded towards edges. Page edges lightly soiled. Name in ink on front endpaper. Light binding crack near center of book. Pages lightly tanned, more so at periphery, but still supple. A few pages have a light handling smudge in the margin. Dust jacket is missing. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
