Original Wraps. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. September 25, 1945 game between cross-town rivals New York Giants and the Brooklyn Dodgers at the Polo Grounds. Signed by Dodgers shortstops, Tom Brown and Eddie Basinski; and Giants pitcher, Bill Voiselle to the front cover. Original publisher's wrappers, printed in red and blue with photograph to front cover. Lightly toned, lower corners slightly chipped, else very good. The Dodgers won the game 7-4 after scoring three runs in the top of the 9th. Leo Durocher's Dodgers finished the season in third place with a respectable 87-67 record, while Mel Ott's Giants finished in fifth with a 78-74 record.
