Oblong quarto, blue boards (hardcover), gilt letters, x, 150 pp. Very Good+, with former owner inscription and light edgewear, in a Fine dust jacket. 'From the wilderness of Cape York Peninsula to the glittering playground of the Gold Coast, James Sinclair roamed in his campervan, through lush jungles and sugarlands, cattlelands, holiday resorts and coal-rich plainns, making frequent excursions by light aircraft and small boat, to capture with his camera Queenslands's islands, mountains, forests, streams, settlements, cities and people. Sinclair's outstanding photographs could stand alone, but are supported by an authoritative text that examines the history, geography and rapidly developing industries of a blooming and beautiful state.'
