The Submarine Commander's Handbook, ("U.Kdt.Hdb."), 1943 describes the submarine U-boat tactics of Nazi Germany. Note that this edition is from 1943 during which the Allies had effectively countered these tactics and the battle of the Atlantic turned in the Allies favor. This is the complete wartime translation by the U.S. Navy of the 1943 edition of the official handbook given to all U-boat commanders.
