Paperback. First edition. 5pp. Very slim octavo [23 cm] Stapled green and black printed wraps. Very good, with minor age-toning along the edges of the wraps. There is a small numerical stamp in the top fore edge corner of the front wrap. Flake 9345. The final report of the Governor of the Territory of Utah, Caleb W. West, and a report announcing that the President had signed the proclamation admitting Utah into the Union of the States. The report also describes the resulting ceremonies surrounding the event.
