Hardcover. Condition: Good. T. Morten (illustrator). 4to, illustrated, a new edition, 352 pgs., pages are starting to brown but not brittle. Bound in dark brown pebbled cloth, gold lettering on spine. Some edge wear and light rubbing, old ink signatures on one of the end papers, otherwise a good copy.

Hardcover. Condition: Fair. T. Morten (illustrator). Colored pictorial boards with illustrations by Morten. Boards with heavy wear; edges and hinges torn; pages dusty with heavy age toning; previous owner's inscriptions on inside end page. No date given, c1900.

Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No date but gift inscription on detached front end page is 1911. The end pages are brown and brittle but the paper on the interior of the book is strong and only mildly age-toned, though occasionally there is a smudge; frontis engraving and the 76 additional ones within (some full-page that would be good to frame) 273 p. in all, 4to., unmarked anywhere. Colorful pictorial front boards is unfaded but there is heavy abrasion at corners and edge wear. Back panel is detached; spine sunned and abraded at crown and foot. "Dean" Swift of course pertains to ecclesiastical status of the author, Jonathan Swift.

No date or edition given (1915 or earlier as gift inscription on front endpaper to presumed original owner dated "Dec. 25, 1915". 77 elaborate black & white illustrations by renowned artist/illustrator T. Morten. 352 pages. Another former owner's small pastedown sticker is on front endpaper. Bumping to top and bottom of spine binding and moderate damage to bottom. Small punchhole to cloth near spine. Hardboard cover display some chipping at corners and edges but the full-page, multi-colored pastedown illustration on front cover is totally intact and bright. All text is bright, clean and tight!

Hardback. Condition: Good. New Edition. Undated circa 1866. B/W frontis and does not say the Late T. Morten ( so he was alive when this copy was printed ). 352pp plus xliii of the Life of the author. Damage to the corner of page 323 Rebound in plain red cloth. .

Frontis illustrated with a Chromolithograph Plate of Gulliver in Lilliput. The 'Life' by Waller, xliv (44) pages, followed by a brief 'Introduction', thern all 4 Voyages: Lilliput, Brobdingnag, Laputa and the Houyhyhnms. Green cloth cover with Gilt Decorative Title, Border and 4 Gilt Vignette illustrations of the 4 Voyages. The same, blind-stamped on the back. Gilt Lettering & Decoration to spine. Beveled edges. All page edges gilt. Following the Life, 352 Pages + publisher's adverts. 10 1/2" Tall, 1.2 Kilos. closed tear to cloth (8" long) down right side of spine. Cloth worn at botton corners and a little at top fore corner. Front hinge cracked. Text block firm. Previous owner's inscription, dated 1874, on ffep. No other inscriptions. Pages in very good, clean condition. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
