    Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No date but gift inscription on detached front end page is 1911. The end pages are brown and brittle but the paper on the interior of the book is strong and only mildly age-toned, though occasionally there is a smudge; frontis engraving and the 76 additional ones within (some full-page that would be good to frame) 273 p. in all, 4to., unmarked anywhere. Colorful pictorial front boards is unfaded but there is heavy abrasion at corners and edge wear. Back panel is detached; spine sunned and abraded at crown and foot. "Dean" Swift of course pertains to ecclesiastical status of the author, Jonathan Swift.

Morten. 352 pages. Another former owner's small pastedown sticker is on front endpaper. Bumping to top and bottom of spine binding and moderate damage to bottom. Small punchhole to cloth near spine. Hardboard cover display some chipping at corners and edges but the full-page, multi-colored pastedown illustration on front cover is totally intact and bright. All text is bright, clean and tight!
