Soft Cover. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. 103 pp, small 4to (10" H). Color and b&w reproductions. Bilingual text (English/French). Exhibition catalogue. "The reign of Victoria lasted from 1837 to 1901. The present exhibition attempts to give a balanced representation of the entire period. Howerever, a period of over sixty years in the rapidly changing world of the nineteenth century could hardly show anything approaching uniformity of style. Even the most cursory view of this exhibition should demonstrate that no one set of generalities is adequate to describe the variety of works created during the era, all of them 'Victorian'." Interior - clean and tight with no previous ownership marks. Exterior - light browning to edges of covers, minor edge wear, spine flat and uncreased.
