The first fifteen volumes of plays from the Bankside Shakespeare, compiled and edited by the American scholar James Appleton Morgan, best known as Appleton Morgan (1845-1928), between 1888 and 1906. Morgan uses the texts which were given to the players, printed in parallel with the first revised folio text, the Heminges and Condell Text of 1623.
