One additional page, Page 164, is bound in this issue and contains an article, "The British Take Baku." Black and white photographic plates, complete. Pages and covers are very clean and intact. Binding is tight. A few numbers are written in black pen in the upper-left corner of the front cover not affecting text. A Fine copy. The author talks about San Marino, an independent state surrounded by Italy. San Marino is the smallest state in Europe after Vatican City and Monaco and was the smallest republic in the world until Nauru gained independence in 1968.
