Moisture staining on back board (does not appear to affect the interior of the book). Bumping along edges and corners of boards. Spine faded. Boards in Fair condition (probably Good given the age of the book). Name on ffep with Christmas 1898. Pages are tight. I did see a very few pages with a bit of underlining in light pencil. Vast majority of pages are clean/unmarked. 366 pages. Page pasted to back inside cover with message to PO. Only print info stated is "1895" on bottom of title page and Copyright 1895 on copyright page, so I am assuming this is a First Edition. Spine and front cover have "Canon Farrer Year Book" as title. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

This book presents as in unread condition, e.g. there are no marks internally or externally, the spine ends are stiff, the corners sharp, the gilt lettering on the spine and front cover are bright. The top edge remains dyed a bright orange to cover and matches the coloring on the dust wrapper, which only shows a bit of sunning, discoloration, on the spine. There are 305 pages to the volume and this number does not include the pages with black-and-white photo reproductions that are included. Laid in is an order form from Vincention Missions of Philadelphia, PA, where the author was a Pastor of St. Vincent's Church. Signed by Author(s).
