Beautiful green "alligator" textured boards are lightly sunned, bumped and rubbed to extremities. Clean gilt titles to front board. Small chips to the head and tail. Text block is a bit shaken but everything is firmly attached. Without dustjacket (as issued?) In-depth history of the 4th Kirkcaldy Company; the Boys Brigade of which the author is an alumni. This was a family copy with very neat underlining of names on some portraits, brief notes such as Auntie May's cousin, or married to John's nephew, Dads school master, etc. Laid in is a wedding announcement and photo from the Fife Free Press 27 Feb. 1965. Fascinating bit of history. Signed by Author(s).
