O-PUR:Originares Produktsicherungs- und Rückverfolgungskonzept EZ-Pharm: Anwendung elektronischer Echtheits-Zertifikate an Verpackungen entlang der Pharmaversorgungskette MobilAuthent: Supply-Chain-übergreifende Services für die fälschungssichere Produkt-Authentifizierung und -Verfolgung Fälschungssichere Integration der RFID-Transponders in die Produkte, Verfolgung der Produkte und Produktkomponenten entlang der Supply-Chain bis hin zum Endkunden sowie Einsatz anerkannt sicherer kryptographischer Verfahren zur Produktauthentifizierung. Die Funktionalitäten der Lösung sollen in Form eines Services angeboten werden, auf den auch außerhalb fester IT-/RFID-Infrastrukturen mithilfe von geeigneten Mobilfunk-Endgeraten zugegriffen werden kann. Hierdurch wird ein universeller und ortsunabhängiger Einsatz der Lösung ermöglicht. Dies sowie ein im Hinblick auf die zu schützenden Produkte flexibles Stufenmodell sollen eine schnelle und breite Akzeptanz der MobilAuthent-Lösung bei den Anwendern im industriellen Bereich sowie auch in anderen Branchen sicherstellen. Mit O-PUR konnte erstmals nachgewiesen werden, dass sich fälschungsgeschützte Markierungen großtechnisch im Bogen- und Rollen-Offsetdruck, im Digitaldruck oder auch als Direktmarkierung auf Produkten aus unterschiedlichen Materialien (Papier, Kunststoff, Metall) herstellen lassen. Neben den Investitionen für die Module zur Erfassung des Fingerabdrucks entstehen nur vernachlässigbare variable Kosten je Markierung. Für den Offsetdruck wurde daher der Prototyp einer Hochgeschwindigkeitsbildaufnahme entwickelt. Neu ist die Herstellung der Markierung bei voller Produktionsleistung und ohne Eingriff in existierende Produktionsmaschinen. Erreicht wurde dies durch die Verwendung des Fingerabdrucks der im Offsetdruck verwendeten Druckplatte oder auch durch mikroskopische, pseudozufällige Strukturen als Authentifizierungsmerkmal.
