cloth. Mill, John Stuart (illustrator). small 8vo. cloth. xiv, 101 pages. Reprint of the 1945 edition. A fine copy. A catalogue raisonné. John Stuart Mill kept a notebook listing all his works published from 1822-1873. This notebook was found in a mixed lot of manuscripts bought at auction in 1935, and has been edited and annotated for publication. The editors have supplied information not noted by Mill, followed by a helpful precís of the works listed. Since much of the material Mill puy in his notebook was not signed, or was written under a pseudonym, this bibliography is able to attribute to him many items of previously unknown origin. Items are in chronological order, not numbered.
