The upper half of the spine is torn and detached on the front cover hinge. Large chips on the bottom spine end. Moderate soiling and shelf wear to the back cover and edges. Green lettering and illustration on front cover are clean and bright. Inside front and back cover illustrations are clean and unmarked. Occasional markings in the margins in pencil. Text and the many b&w illustrations are yellowed due to age. Hinges are loose but still attached. Includes two plays for Home-made Marionettes by Anne Stoddard. "The Tony Sarg Marionette Book tells how children can make marionettes and how they can put on marionette shows of their own." All books are individually examined and described. Never ex-lib unless stated.
