The binding of this octavo volume is dark green cloth with gilt lettering and a color plate mounted on the front cover. The book is in a similarly bound clamshell box with gilt lettering a color photo of the author on the front panel and the front cover from the original mass market paperback edition of "Threesome" matted and mounted on the inside of the front panel of the box. The book is signed on the limitation page by Block and Phil Parks (the illustrator of the book's front cover. The frontispiece portrait of the author is similar to the one on the front of the box. As new in as new clamshell box. Pages: v, 155. Signed by Author(s).

This is copy "W" of 26 special copies signed by Block, Hoch and Parks, the author, the writer of the introduction, and the illustrator respectively. It's an octavo bound in gray leather with a B&W illustration mounted on the front & rear covers. There is a tipped-in color photo of the author and B&W illustrations. It's all topped off with a wooden press which holds the book. The press has a brass plate stating the book's title, author, publisher and date with the limitation "W" engraved on it. Quite a presentation, and all in as new condition. Pages: [vi], 167.
