Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Rear cover is missing a wide strip of the surface from the outer margin and a few very small scrapes. Front cover has a few colored streaks (crayon? ). Covers have light wear to the outer edges, slight foxing, and slight rubbing. Covers have a slight damp stain to the lower spine end and adjacent corners. Pages are slightly browned. Pages adjacent to plates are foxed. ; Inscribed by Georgii on the front free endpaper "To the Governor of Bad Aibling, major E. T. H. Newmeyer Esq. In remembrance of Bavaria and its inhabitants including artists - one of them - Th. Georgii - January 1946.".
