Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Lancelot Speed (illustrator). 5th or later Edition. Eleventh edition and first printing. Compiled and arranged by Sir James Knowles.In very good navy cloth boards, blind stamped titles and decorated front, gilt titles to back strip. The covers are straight, firm and clean. Crossed out name and date on front free end paper, the other end papers are unmarked. Tanned cut edges; the fore edge is also foxed. The text block is firm, with light foxing on some pages. With colour frontispiece by Lancelot Speed - god plus condition.
