Also includes two manuscript documents between John Jaques and the Borough of Chipping Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Charles Busby, coal merchant, dated 19th November 1829 and 23rd July 1831; the first a mortgage on a property, the second a one year lease. A detailed family history across the generations from 1638 to the twentieth century. Almost certainly produced for personal and family use in not more than a small handful of copies, possible the sole copy. No other reference to this family history has been traced either in the U.K. or the U.S.
