Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Oversized hardcover with DJ. This is an ex-library copy (and that's why the condition is marked as FAIR. Were it not for the library marks, this would be close to Very Good), with crinkly clear cover on DJ, DJ flaps taped to the book, reinforced hinges, library pocket at the front, library rubberstamp on title page. That said, one could remove the crinkly clear cover & the library pocket quite easily, leaving only shelf label and library bar code stickers on the DJ. Binding tight, interior clean. Color as well as black and white photos. No date on title page. Copyright page dated only 1995. 531 pages. Please email with questions or to request photos. If you see a photo beside this listing, please be aware that it's an ABE Stock Photo (whatever that is) and not a photo of this book (although sometimes they do get it right).
