The cover art by Nini Iyapo. Some light surface rubbing, otherwise near fine, printed on light grey paper. *No date given, but as the poet was in London at the late 1960's and produced several poetry pamphlets and this has 25p on it and not 5/- It was one of two plays he wrote on top of a small select output of poetry. I assume 1971 is about the right date. Scarce self printed item which several Caribbean profiles have down as printed in Trinidad with a question mark, so a scarce work with London printing?

Closes its own text block and would thus grade "very good," but we downgrade to "good plus" due to substantial wear and rub which has stripped the leather to outer corners. Notable primarily for Thomas Commerford Martin's 18-page essay on Nikola "Tesla's Oscillator and Other Inventions," with 15 illustrations including long-exposure portraits of Mark Twain and Tesla himself, each in Tesla's darkened laboratory, lit only by Tesla's incandescent and phosphorescent bulbs -- including photos of experiments in which lamps are lit "in free space by induction from coil below, energized by distant circuit around the room."
