A documentary following a two men who are reunited with a lion that they had purchased as a cub and which had subsequently been reintroduced to the wild by conservationist George Adamson. 8 x 10 inches. Slight toning, else Near Fine.

Softcover. 27" x 41" four color. Folded. Original one sheet movie poster of the 1969 British comedy-drama film starring Bill Travers and Virginia McKenna. It is a story about a Londoner and his pet otter living on the Scottish coast. The story is fictional, but is adapted from the 1960 autobiographical book of the same name by Gavin Maxwell. It featured the stars of Born Free, another film about a close relationship between humans and a wild animal. Very Good, unused and folded, with some light handling.

A superb cinema-used Finnish movie poster for the 1961 motor-racing film The Green Helmet starring Bill Travers and Ed Begley with Jack Brabham in a supporting role (as himself). The poster is a standard-sized Finnish A2 measuring approximately 23.5 inches x 15.5 inches. Full-bleed, printed by Fotopaino Oy of Helsinki and artist-initialled in the plate. In fabulous used condition - there is one pinhole at each bottom corner, a further one at top left and then three at top right. No nicks or tears to the edges. Minor handling creases to corners. A couple of small marks or stains to the blank verso which do not bleed through. C9, Near Mint. Superbly illustrated and lovely graphics, a great vintage movie poster on a motor racing theme.
