RIGNANO (Livorno 1870-Milano 1930) ingegnere (facoltà di Scienze di Pisa e Politecnico di Torino), studiò i problemi teorici della ricerca scientifica, fondò la rivista "Scientia", teorizzò la "proprietà mnemonica" in biologia e una concezione economica di tipo socialista marxista accordabile con il liberismo. Raro e rilevante.
