The spine has been rebacked with more recent boards covered with marble papers, and plain blank endpapers, resulting in a handsome and completely sound volume. Previous owner's pencil signature to first original blank endpaper. Some light spotting and soiling to the original blank endpapers, but text is very good - bright and clean throughout. Text in English.
