Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. Original price of $3.00 is still present on the front flap. DJ is scuffed and soiled with numerous edge and corner chips/small tears. Underside of dust jacket was neatly reinforced along the top and bottom with masking tape, over the decades the tape has become dry and brittle and can easily be popped off but the underside will be darkened because of the glue. Front and rear end pages also show a faint toning because of this tape. Green cloth boards underneath are clean with only minor edge and corner bumps. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. Pages are toned due to age and some light spotting/foxing is present. No bookplates or library markings but the front end page has some handwriting on it that was erased but you can still see the residue. Stated first edition on the copyright page.
