Le pagine sono VIII-455-(1) con una bella xilografia all'antiporta firmata da Johannes Stridbeck (qui Striedbeck). Un ritratto di Esopo è a pagina VIII con didascalia in francese, lo stesso è riportato in chiusura del libro con didascalia in tedesco. Stampa del frontis bicolore rosso-nero; testo in francese e a fronte in tedesco. Carte chiare, fresche, fruscianti. Timbro di possesso al frontespizio. Piccoli danni alla pelle della legatura, il capitello superiore è abraso. Forellino di tarlo passante per l'intera opera. Altro per le pagine finali. Buono.
