There are tears on the rear cover by the backstrip. There are a couple of small holes on the rear cover. There are multiple nicks to the top edge of the rear cover. A name is written in ink on the FFEP and there is a nick on the bottom of the page edge. The text is in good condition. There are small pencil marks and paperclip stains.
