Juli 1834 von Mitgliedern der Kaufmanns-Gilde in Hannover zur Gründung einer Eisenbahn-Aktiengesellschaft. Erwähnt wird die kürzlich erschienene Schrift v. F. Glünder "Kurtze Darstellung einiger der wichtigsten Verhältnisse bei eisenbahnen, mit besonderer Beziehung auf solche Anlagen zwischen Hamburg, Bremen und Hannover". Beigefügt ist eine Unterschriftenliste, in die man sich eintragen konnte, wenn man für eine generalversammlung in der Stadt Celle stimmt.
