Pogue (by whom it has also been straight signed by on the front loose end page) and is illustrated with dozens of older black-and-white photographs and illustrations. The book was published by Pogue 1972 and appears to be a First Edition though it's mot specifically stated as such. It is NOT an ex-library copy - the book is in very good condition though there has been some underlining - and the dust jacket is only in good condition. The book is 8 3/4" by 11 1/4" and has 353 pages with an Index - a Bibliography - and a Table of Contents - along with the many fore-mentioned illustrations and photographs.
