Being reminiscences of the beautiful land of Kashmir, with illustrations from water-colour drawings. Also Thomas Moore's Lalla Rookh with musical additions by Florence Parbury and Guido Zuccoli. An extraordinary book, a sort of hymn to Kashmir with 30 tissue-guarded tipped-in mounted plates, most of which are reproductions of watercolours by Parbury and one color map. Includes a music section at the rear consists of scores for selections from Lalla Rookh. Book has been rebacked. Some general wear and foxing otherwise but overall a sound and very attractive book.
