Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. 1st Edition. The dust jacket has paper loss to the front panel and spine cover, the back panel is complete but soiled and has edge wear. The front flap is fragilely attached to the front cover. There is a small rectangular area of darkening to the front pane, the remainder of a price tag. The end papers and edges are toned, however, the blue cloth checked covers are bright and clean, and the paper label with the title and principals names is complete. The black cloth spine cover has gray lettering. The illustrations for this title were completed by Herb Roth and the Introduction was written by Don Herold. The publishing date is October, 1926, and the same year is on the title page. The interior is clean, bright and without marks. The dust jacket is currently protected by a clear removable cover.

There are 27 pages of text pages, and an additional two pages of advertisements at the back of the book. There is a water line that can be seen at the lower right corner of the pages, not affecting the text. The lower corner of the boards are also darker than the rest of the brown paper covers. There is a bit of loss to the upper end of the spine and the corners of the boards are bumped. The paper label of the front board is complete but shows some soiling. Inscribed by Author(s).
