Condition: Fair. 1928. First Edition. 291 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth. Pages are lightly tanned and foxed throughout, heavier to endpapers. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Occasional thumb-marking present. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Mild tanning to spine and edges. Book is notably forward leaning.
