Condition: Fair. SCARCE 1926 hardcover with dust jacket. AUTOGRAPHED by author Arthur Truman Merrill and inscribed in an elegant hand to former owner. Jacket is smudged, sunned, and edgeworn with tiny tears at corners, but still intact and still protecting the book. Book itself shows moisture stains, especially noticeable to inside front and inside back, but no mildewing is apparent. The pages are bright and clean and free of any pen marks except for the autograph.
