Contains black and white photographic plates, and fold-out graphs. Pages are lightly tanned with moderate foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Plates are bright and clear, with slight tanning to edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with minor bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Liquid drops on front board. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
