The red white and blue cover features a photo of the stars and of the singer, Helen Forrest. A 4 page piece of sheet musci. There is a large tear in the middle of the fold with multiple smaller tears on the edges. There is a stain at the bottom the the fold. The bottom right corner is dog-eared. The rear cover is rubbed and age-toned. The music is clean and completel.
