Staples oxidized, tiny abrasions along edge of rear wrap with nicks at the spine ends, very good. Letters taken from the originals that were on exhibit at the Wonderland Museum in Billings, Montana. A long, narrow review slip created to look like a broadside laid in, featuring a black and white portrait of Bill with the caption: "The story of the fabulous life of Colonel Wm. F. Cody will soon be revealed through over one hundred of his own personal letters." Top corner of slip missing (affecting text).
