Hardcover. First Edition [1963], unstated. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR. Fine in Very Good+ DJ: The Book is flawless; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. The DJ shows only minor indications of very light use: a dampstain along the rear hinge; mild rubbing overall and faint soiliing to the white background field of the rear panel; the price is unclipped; mylar-protected. A lovely book in a lightly soiled DJ: remains close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. 622pp. First Edition [1963], unstated. Hardback with DJ.
