paperback. Condition: Perfetto (Mint). Prima edizione (First Edition). Catalogo della mostra "Edgardo Antonio Vigo: A Collection", Art Basel Miami Beach, 7-10 dicembre 2017. Testi di Clemente Padin, Horacio Zabala, Nicola Guastamacchia in italiano e spagnolo. Illustrazioni a colori. Biografia e mostre . 4to (cm 28,5x21). pp. 44. . Perfetto (Mint). . Prima edizione (First Edition). . . Book.

To quote the Lomholt Mail Art Archive website page : 'Graciela Gutiérrez Marx, the renowned Argentinian artist, is one of the pioneers of experimental art in Latin America. She was born in La Plata and studied sculpturing at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, besides others with Aurelio Macchi, a Zadkine student. She has a Masters degree in Aesthetics and her first sculptures were made from scrap. In 1969 she learned about Mail Art and new forms of concrete and visual poetry from E. A. Vigo. She began making woodcuts like Vigo did, and became active in the Mail Art network in 1975. Her life in Mail Art was shared with Vigo during the black years of dictatorship in Latin America and particularly in Argentina between 1977 and 1983. Together, they worked as G. E. Marx-Vigo.' (End Quote). We are unclear on Marx/Vigo's rubber stamp numbering system - could this be his 48th postcard work ?
