This book has rubbing and surface scratching to both covers, light creasing to the covers, minor shelfwear to the edges and corners of the covers and textblock, a slightly shifted spine, a crack in the binding at the first end page and page 122-123, spotting to the rear end pages and edges of the textblock, and an overall significant aging to the pages, otherwise this book is in good condition with unmarked pages, a tight binding, and a clean cover.

The contents, with a bookplate to the front pastedown and light toning to the margins, are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the original dustwrapper featuring a photograph of a girl dramatically hanging her head in shame, taken by the acclaimed photographer Lotte Jacobi. The price clipped dustwrapper is a little rubbed and nicked, shows some dustiness, and has a very small closed tear both on the front and rear panel.
