No 10 in a series of books published by Queenspark to encourage local residents of the area to put "their story" in print. This is the story of Jack Cummins alias Jack Malcolm who lived in Brighton from 1959 until his death shortly prior to it's publication. He was active in the Fabian Society in Norwood and in the Labour party, spoke on Women's Suffrage sharing a platform with Sylvia Pankhurst, served in the London Rifle Brigade in WWI fighting in the Battle of Cambrai,took up writing producing material for well known artists including Cyril Fletcher, Clarkson Rose and Authur Askey and wrote Music Hall songs under the name of Jack Malcolm.
