There is heavy abrasion (down to board) along the edges of front and rear boards. The cover illustration has creases and rubs, but is still bright. The rear illo has a stain at the bottom as well as creases and rubs, but again is astil bright. Spine is soiled and spine cloth is split on lower half of rear board. Front hinge partially cracked. Page 85 is very scribbled (pencil), but most other pages are not marked. Some finger smudges and soiling on pages. Frontispiece illo is missing, but remaining nine full page color illustrations are present and bright. Some tape marks on front and rear endpapers and on title page. Previous owner's name inked on FFE. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
