Latin text printed on verso of blank front side, dutch translation printed on opposite page, recto left blank. Large monochrome decorative headpiece, large monochrome allecoric endpiece, text printed within a decorarive monochrome line border, dutch text signed in ink by four Lodge board members, including presiding Master Mason, original red wax Lodge sear with ribbon preserved attached to blank front side. Official dutch-latin language official statement issued by the Bandung Masonic board of the [regular] Lodge Saint John [Sint Jan, established in 1896], announcing the consecration of Johannes van Roon, to the masonic third degree, also known as the Master Mason Degree. A rare piece, very well preserved. (top-edge of top margins skilfully restored).
