Susanne Straßer

Susanne Strasser was born in Erding in 1976 and is a German freelance illustrator and author.

She studied communication design in Munich, then completed a master's degree at Central Saint Martins College in London.

She is the author and illustrator of many successful picture books, including the best-selling series of board books about animal friends and a child that has been translated into over 20 languages.

Susanne Strasser lives with her family in Munich.
