Frances I. Kirkham

FRANCES I. KIRKHAM, known to her friends as Fran, is a life-long traveler and student of culture. She's a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a B.A. in Sociology and an M.Ed. in Educational Foundations. Before becoming a writer, her work focused on English as a Second Language in teaching and administrative positions in the U.S. and abroad. "Fly, Butterfly, Fly!" is her debut book written in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert and dedicated to her military brothers and sisters.
