Jennifer Connor-Smith, PhD is a writer, clinical psychologist, and critical thinking enthusiast. Once upon a time, she was a psychology professor doing research on stress and coping. Her writing was intended for other scientists and made for a rather dry read.
Now, she shares her love of discovery by writing about STEM topics for middle and high school students.
She lives in Portland, Oregon with her family, where she spends as much time as possible hiking up a mountain or strolling along a river. She doesn’t mind the rainy winters, since drizzly days make the best reading weather.
