Pere Rosales

Pere Rosales is a leadership mentor and executive coach with more than twenty-five years of success across the pharmaceutical, banking, insurance, retail, fashion, and industrial sectors. He is the founder and CEO of INUSUAL, a school of leadership and executive re-education that helps leaders and organizations reach their full potential by focusing on the human side of leadership.

INUSUAL offers distinctive programs that transform the way people lead, developing skills such as self-awareness, change management, and the humanization of organizations. Its executive re-education approach fosters personal transformation, helping leaders lead with sharper judgment, deeper purpose, and greater humanity. Before founding INUSUAL, Pere ran a strategy consultancy — a chapter that left him as many lessons as scars, and the source of much of the honesty with which he now writes about his own mistakes.

He is the author of Estrategia Digital (Deusto, Planeta, 2010), El Líder Inusual (2020, published in English and Spanish), and 101 Errores de Liderazgo (2026), his most personal book to date. His work as an executive coach is backed by certifications from the ICF, The Leadership Circle®, The Leadership System®, Simplexity Thinking®, and Belbin Team Roles®, among others, and by studies at institutions such as Harvard, MIT, and IESE.
