Dr. Brad R. Humphreys

Brad R. Humphreys is on the faculty in the Department of Economics, College of Business and Economics, at West Virginia University. Humphreys has published more than 80 articles in peer-reviewed economics and public policy journals, most related to sports economics. He has testified before the Congress of the United States, the Washington, DC City Council and the Massachusetts State Legislature on the financing and economic impact of professional sports facilities. He has taught classes on the economics of sports for more than 15 years at West Virginia University, the University of Alberta, and the University of Illinois.
