Telecommunication Engineering from the University Alfonso X and PhD from the UNED. He has developed his professional work, always in relation to information technology, in sectors as diverse as tax, agricultural, health and now the transport sector. As for research, it focuses on the field of Semantic Web, specifically in search of procedures or methods to help transform the current Web to a Web with semantics. He is the author of the so-called "sw2sws" (open source) that can transform a website into a semantic web site from the cooperation of active users, according to the "semi-automatic procedure to transform the Web into Semantic Web" tool (described in dissertation). he is also author of a prototype semantic search engine called Vissem.
