Elizabeth R. Rose

Elizabeth Rose is a historian with interests in women, children, and social policy, past and present. She received her PhD in modern U.S. and women's history at Rutgers University, and has taught history and women's studies at Vanderbilt University, Trinity College, Wesleyan University, and Central Connecticut State University. She has directed grant projects for history teachers in Connecticut, where she lives with her family, and is currently Library Director at the Fairfield Museum and History Center.
