No year given but between 1937-1940 when Chamberlain was Prime Minister. Speakers are Ivor Montagu, Clive Branson, C.Tickle. The first two are interesting characterand active communist members in the 1930's. A small piece of paper has torn away in lower edged , else good. size 23 x14cm (9 x 5.75 inches).
